Besim Tafa

Besim Tafa earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Pristina, Kosovo, and he has obtained a LL.M. in International Public Law and Human Rights at the Riga Graduate School of Law in Riga, Latvia. Since October 2017, he is the member of the Kosovo Bar Association. Besim has over 18 years of professional experience in the justice field in Kosovo. He started his career in 2001 at the Supreme Court of Kosovo, and moved further to the Property and Housing Directorate contributing to the provision of an effective remedy to claimants while ensuring fairness of procedures in line with human rights standards.
